Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

Most items are eligible for return, except:

How can I return/replace an item?

Kindly speak / write to our Customer care team and you will be guided on how to proceed with return /replacement

How do I know my order is confirmed?

We'll send you an email when we confirm your order. You can also check your My Orders page.

The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. What should I do?

Check with your neighbour/front desk, etc. if someone accepted the package. If no one accepted delivery, write to us on the following email id 'customercare@m2all.com'

How do I redeem my available store credit?

Its Simple, You can see the available credits during checkout and you can enter amount / credit that you wish to redeem

Can I get refund of my M2ALL Wallet balance?

No, Wallet Money / Store credit cannot be redeemed / encashed/ transferred

Can I cancel part of my order?

Yes, if you placed an order with many items, you can cancel delivery for each of them. But if it is part of a combo or clubbed with another item, the entire set/combo will be cancelled. Order / Items cannot be cancelled once it is shipped from our seller / partner.

How can I cancel my order?

Call, message or Email to customercare@m2all.com and send a request for cancellation. Give the order details and the reason for cancellation!

How will I get a refund for an item I cancelled?

If you've already paid for your order, we will refund the money in the original mode of payment. Also it might take upto 7 days for refund amount to reflect in your account

Is the given Ex-showroom price the exact price?

It is only an indicative price for your reference. Please contact the dealer for the exact price of your preferred vehicle.

How do I purchase an automobile?
