      प्रोडक्ट बहुत अच्छा है प्रोडक्ट फॉर शिपमेंट कंपनी द्वारा बैंड कर भेजा गया इसलिए मुझे अच्छा नहीं लगा शिपमेंट में पूरे प्रोडक्ट को गोल बैंड किया हुआ था इसको बाद में सीधा करने के लिए मुझे काफी कोशिश करनी पड़ी है और हल्की सी बेंडिंग अभी भी दिखती है

      The product is of very good Quality, Sturdy and looks very Elegant. But the installation service by accessories dealer (Aditya Mahindra, Bhubaneswar) is pathetic. The Person in charge of accessories was in hurry to bill the product and take the payment even before the installation. In all that hurry they installed the product wrongly. It was needed to be removed and reinstalled upon my intervention, The adhesive have become weak and the Steel plates are also bend while removing & reinstalling. As a result they are not staying in place and coming out very often, obstructing the proper functioning of the door. The accessory person is rude and told me to come every time it happens to get it fixed, without providing any long term/permanent solution. There is no rocket science in installing this simple plates, but due to their negligence and non-customer friendly attitude we have to bear the loss & pain.
